The Democratic Alliance (DA) and the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) have written to the speaker of the National Assembly, Baleka Mbete asking her to postpone the State Of The Nation Address. 

The two parties, in their letters, say they want to table a motion of no confidence against President Jacob Zuma before the address can take place.
