Analysts and the opposition say President Cyril Ramaphosa's cabinet reshuffle has exposed how fragile his support still is within the ranks of the ANC, or how unwilling he is to deal with corruption.
Commentators say moving Bathabile Dlamini to Women in the Presidency and Nomvula Mokonyane to Communications, returning Thulas Nxesi to Public Works, and Malusi Gigaba to Home Affairs among others, are an indication of how much he had to compromise.
