The Independent Electoral Commission is this morning expected to announce the results of the by-elections in Nquthu, KZN. The Commission says the by-election voting process has gone smoothly.
The KZN government dissolved the council in February after it failed to elect its leaders, including the mayor and speaker, following last August's local government elections. At least 14 political parties are contesting the by-election
