Last month Chief Justice, Mogoeng Mogoeng, outlined a list of the judicial system's needs for it to be able to function at full capacity, when he was presenting the annual report on Judicial Functions for the 2017/18 financial year, at the Constitutional Court in Johannesburg. Chief Justice Mogoeng stated that the country's judiciary system is underfunded - compared to the other two arms of the state.
