The Democratic Alliance has set out a timeline for Helen Zille's disciplinary hearing which is set to start in July.
All the confidential aspects of Zille's disciplinary hearing will have been sorted out by Wednesday.
And the DC will only take place in July after a pre-trial conference on the 30th of June.
Zille was suspended from the party last week pending the disciplinary process for bring the party into disrepute and damaging the party.
In March is this year Zille tweeted that not all aspects of colonialism are bad and appeared to be defending her tweets.
