Yesterday (Monday) the Eminent Person's Group on Transformation in Sport released its Status Report which put rugby at the top when it comes to issues of transformation. The biggest concern raised by the report is sports in schools which stakeholders agree it needs special attention.  On #SAfmSunrise with Stephen Grootes spoke to Dr Willie Basson, Eminent Person's Group and to get a perspective on the rugby issue, Stephen also spoke to Thando Manana – Former Springbok Player and Author of a book entitled ‘Being a black Springbok’. He is also the SABC’s Sports analyst.
