Worlds first malaria vaccine approved by WHO

The World Health Organisation has approved the world’s first malaria vaccine for general use in children in sub-Saharan Africa, along with other regions with moderate to high rates of the disease. Many scientists have applauded this, calling it a historic moment. On #SAfmBTH with Aldrin Sampear spoke to Professor John Frean, Deputy Director, National Institute for Communicable Diseases.
