Yesterday Former PIC CEO Dan Matjila started to testify before the judicial commission of inquiry into the Public Investment Corporation (PIC).  Former PIC executive managers and staff have accused Matjila of misuse of funds, intimidation, corruption, and careless investment decisions taken at the PIC during his tenor. Testifying at the commission, Matjila said the PIC had many challenges including with its IT system that was barley functional.
