The ANC in Gauteng will be holding a local government summit to find solutions to the problems of service delivery. The province has been facing service delivery protests with residents demanding water, electricity and other services. The ANC lost support during the presidential elections in May and the municipal elections in 2014. The Gauteng leadership says it is concerned about this and says the right people are needed to occupy key positions.
