Minister accuses SAPS of making sex workers their ATMs
Members of the South African Police Services (SAPS) have been accused of arresting sex workers to solicit bribes from them. Social development deputy minister Hendrietta Bogopane-Zulu says police have made sex workers their ATMs by deliberately arresting them as means to make money.
