Kenyan teachers request reinstatement of corporal punishment

A body of teachers in Kenya is calling for corporal punishment, including caning to be brought back into classrooms. Corporal punishment was outlawed in Kenyan schools in 2001, but the Kenya Secondary School Heads Association says it has become difficult for schools to instill discipline in children.
