Trade unions NUMSA and SACCA say they want to protect their members and ensure that SAA adheres to labour laws when cutting jobs. The ailing airline has cuts local routes which will result in job losses. The unions have filed court papers yesterday saying they want the business rescue practitioners to be fair and to consult them.
