Today marks the 35th anniversary of the passing of President Samora Machel of Mozambique. Machel died in 1986 when his plane crashed on South African soil in the Lebombo Mountains. On #SAfmBTH with Aldrin Sampear spoke to Nixon Katembo, who is a specialist on the Great Lakes and East Africa and also works on the KiSwahili Desk at Channel Africa.
