The Judicial Commission of Inquiry into Allegations of State Capture will resume its public hearing this morning with matters relating to the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa, PRASA. The Commission will hear testimony from former PRASA Board chairperson Popo Molefe and Prasa Legal Risk and Compliance Group Executive Martha Ngoye.
