Police in Cape Town are reporting that 8 people have been killed in a mass shooting in Harare in Khayelitsha. Police spokesperson, Andrè Traut, says that members of the SAPS responded to a shooting incident this morning and found the bodies of one woman and four men with gunshot wounds. This is not the first time this happens and we thought to invite one of the community leaders to give us a sense of why so many killings in that area and what could be behind it.
