13 Correctional Services officers are facing suspension for alleged breach of security at the Johannesburg medium B Prison at Gauteng's infamous 'Sun City'. 

This after explicit images of female strippers entertaining prisoners went viral on social media. The Department has launched an investigation into how the strip dancers were allowed entry. 

Speaking to Tsepiso Makwetla Tsepiso Makwetla Correctional Services spokesperson Logan Maistry says the Department has launched an investigation into how the strip dancers were allowed entry. 

Maistry says; 

It was a clear breach of security because when the head of the correctional centre received a memo around the 12 June for this event to be hosted on 21 June, he approved the event but he did not approve this item on the programme
