Bid to nullify ANC EC Conference struck off Court roll
The Phumulo Masualle-led ANC faction in the Eastern Cape is approached the East London High Court in a bid to nullify the newly elected leadership led by Oscar Mabuyane
Judge Belinda Hartley of the High Court in East London in the Eastern Cape has struck off the roll with costs the case of supporters of former ANC provincial chairperson Phumulo Masualle. She says the case lacks urgency but adds that Masualle's supporters, who wanted the court to nullify the weekend provincial elective conference for alleged vote rigging, can still pursue a review of their application.
