South African Revenue Service Commissioner Tom Moyane says they will take action against KPMG for what he calls the auditing firm's immoral, unethical and unlawful behaviour. Moyane was addressing the media in Johannesburg following KPMG's withdrawal of its report that found there was a rogue unit within SARS.

This comes after the company announced sweeping changes at senior management after damning findings of an internal investigation into work done for the Guptas. Former Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan and other former SARS executives mentioned in the KPMG report, are seeking legal recourse. 

Elvis Preslin spoke to former SARS spokesperson Adrian Lackay who says Gordhan and others have been negatively affected by the now withdrawn KPMG findings.
