Police in Vuwani in Limpopo are investigating two cases of malicious damage to property, as a service shutdown continues. Two vehicles had their windows smashed last night at Tshino and Tshivhulana villages. 

Residents have embarked on a total shutdown of services, demanding that the provincial government implement President Jacob Zuma's directive to have some areas of Vuwani to be serviced by the Vhembe district municipality, and not LIM345. Stephen Kirker spoke to reporter, Witness Tivha.
