Gauteng Community Safety MEC, Sizakele Nkhosi-Malobane says law enforcement agencies in the province are investigating the assault allegations leveled against Zimbabwe's first lady Grace Mugabe. The allegations surfaced  after a young South African woman claimed that Mugabe assaulted her at a hotel in Sandton, North of Johannesburg at the weekend.

Unconfirmed reports claim that Mugabe attacked the woman after finding her with her two sons. Stephen Kirker spoke to Gabriella Engels who claims that Zimbabwe's first lady Grace Mugabe assaulted her.
