Racial tensions at Stellenbosch University

On the Forum@8 we look at what is at the root racial tension at Stellenbosch University.

In the past few days, Luister-a- documentary showcasing students at the University of Stellenbosch, recounting racial prejudice at the University has gotten South Africa talking about transformation and the use of Afrikaans as a medium of instruction at institutes of higher learning. 

21 years after democracy in South Africa, students at Stellenbosch University and its agricultural college, Elsenburg say they are still experiencing different forms of racism on campus, and in the town.
