Political backlash is contuing following a decision by government to grant diplomatic immunity to Zimbabwean First Lady Grace Mugabe in the wake of allegations that she assaulted a 20 year-old model over a week ago. The IFP says it wants the Minister of International Relations and Cooperation Maite Nkoane-Mashabane to be summoned to Parliament to explain the reasons behind the decision.
Mugabe is accused of assaulting model Gabriella Engels in a hotel in Sandton, north of Johannesburg. Sakina Kamwendo spoke to political analyst from the North West University, Theo Venter
