Four men who were allegedly found with human body parts appeared briefly in the Escourt Magistrate's Court in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands yesterday . One of the four suspects confessed to cannibalism. 

Meanwhile Police in KwaZulu-Natal have given the assurance that more arrests are imminent in relation to a human body parts syndicate in Escort on the province's midlands.Nonkululeko Hlophe reports.
